Subject: [dpdk-dev] [RFC 04/11] malloc: add name to malloc heaps
Date: Fri, 6 Jul 2018 14:17:25 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <e0cd03264d6aef49731e9c38ae613d3a96e55364.1530881548.git.anatoly.burakov@intel.com> (raw)

In-Reply-To: <cover.1530881548.git.anatoly.burakov@intel.com>
We will need to refer to external heaps in some way. While we use
heap ID's internally, for external API use it has to be something
more user-friendly. So, we will be using a string to uniquely
identify a heap.
