I think this suite is lack of lsc status check and vfio/uio_generic driver check. And some comments below.

I've heard that some users are running DTS on host with only 4 cores. Suggest to use 1S/4C/1T for this case.

Max queues for different NICs may be different. So need to determine the value by nic type.

Only wake up message is not enough for function check, here also need to check core id.

Gang, your suite look like is difference from original test plan. 
There's no VF pmd interrupt test case in your suite and PF interrupt with max queues case also not in your suite.
Will u implement them in another suite?
