[dts] [PATCH V1] tests/queue_start_stop: change the verify way

In dts d9bc72a3, Phanendra Vukkisala changed the packet number to 4
and the verify message to "ports 0 queue 0 receive 4 packages", but in
test, the out is:
"
ports 0 queue 0 receive 1 packages
ports 0 queue 0 receive 1 packages
ports 0 queue 0 receive 1 packages
ports 0 queue 0 receive 1 packages
"
So change the verify way.
