[dts] [PATCH v2] test_plans/vswitch_sample_cbdma_test_plan.rst

1. Change case2 and case3 with in-order flag to 0 since feature bit not support in this case.
2. Add a tip that cbdma case need special dpdk code.
3. Correct test app name.
