* [dts][PATCH V1] test_plans/virtio_pvp_regression: optimize qemu start-up parameters

Starting from QEMU 5.2, the "-net" parameter has been removed and replaced by the "-device" parameter. 
In the new QEMU version, you can use the "-device" parameter to set network devices.
