Modify testcase_checksum_offload_with_vlan and testplan of testsuite_checksum_offload.
Add testsuite_coremask and testplan of coremask.

Yongjie,
Please separate your patch into two patches. one for test plan and one 
for suite.
BTW, do you change test plan format? Seen that total test plan has been 
changed.
