Gang, please add some information like below. This will help us get to known that how much time for dpdk application startup on FreeBSD.

OS:  FreeBSD10.1
CPU: E5-2699 v3 @ 2.30GHz
NIC: 2 * XL710 10G
App test startup: XX seconds
