Hello everyone,
Here is the formatting patch for DTS. I've put it on Google Drive since it
is larger than SMTP allows a single email to be. The formatting was done
with black 21.7b0 with the "--safe" flag.

The supporting libraries for RTE flow were written to python 3.8, and use
some new features from 3.8, so the black in the ubuntu 20.04 repos cannot
format it (it seems to be written for python 3.7). The current version,
which works up through 3.9, can be installed via pip.
