The repo address has a typo, it should be: http://dpdk.org/git/tools/dts

Hi Everyone
I am installing dts, however, I have an issue during the installation.
In 2.1.5., it says [root@tester ~]# git clone http://dpdk.org/git/tools/dcts
There doesn't exist that link, which also this command line can't work.
So, how can I solve this problem?
