I was suggesting something like:
	if (dev_conf->rxmode.offloads != port->dev_conf->rxmode.offloads) {
		port->dev_conf->rxmode.offloads = dev_conf->rxmode.offloads;
		for (queues)
			update offloads for each queue of this port
	}

Not only check and change queue offload.
