    net/axgbe: fix crash on secondary while accessing offloads
    
    Application crashes for secondary process while accessing the offload
    variable.
    
    This is because offload variable accessed via Rxq 'pdata->eth_dev' and
    ethdev is not shared between primary and secondary process.
    
    For Multiprocess support applications need to retrieve the offload
    parameter from the device data directly that is shared between primary
    and secondary processes.
