Hi All,

All of a sudden my DPDK drive app started to crash at the very
beginning, when pretty much nothing has been done yet:

EAL: UIO_RESOURCE_LIST tailq is already registered
PANIC in tailqinitfn_rte_uio_tailq():
Cannot initialize tailq: UIO_RESOURCE_LIST

I saw this earlier already, and cleaning + rebuilding magically fixed
the issue, but this time is persisting and I can't figure out what to do..

Any suggestion?
