can you check again?
For 2 download:
$ md5sum dpdk-2.2.0*gz
22e2fd68cd5504f43fe9a5a6fd6dd938 dpdk-2.2.0 (1).tar.gz
22e2fd68cd5504f43fe9a5a6fd6dd938 dpdk-2.2.0.tar.gz
tar tvzf is ok too.

I forgot to mention but I had found the problem yesterday in integration
build of ovs-opnfv.

Thanks, it was a networking problem. Maybe the shasums could be
published along with the snapshots?
