Subject: [dpdk-users] pktgen:I nvalid link properties for slave 0 in bonding mode 4
Date: Fri, 31 May 2019 13:54:31 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAK3+h2zHuCH=KHcWyLq5H-ziMfYGzLQf2amtfRVrQ1XCPmUHFQ@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Hi,
I am running Pktgen 3.6.6 + DPDK 18.11.1. when I ran Pktgen with
bonding as ( Pktgen runs fine without bonding and pass packet ok):
root@compute1:/home/dpdk/pktgen-3.6.6#
./app/x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/pktgen -c ff
--vdev='net_bonding0,mode=4,xmit_policy=l34,slave=0000:01:00.0,slave=0000:01:00.1'
-- -P -m [1:2-7].2
I got:
bond_ethdev_lsc_event_callback(2705) - Invalid link properties for
slave 0 in bonding mode 4
bond_ethdev_lsc_event_callback(2705) - Invalid link properties for
slave 1 in bonding mode 4
the full screen text as below:
root@compute1:/home/dpdk/pktgen-3.6.6#
./app/x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/pktgen -c ff
--vdev='net_bonding0,mode=4,xmit_policy=l34,slave=0000:01:00.0,slave=0000:01:00.1'
-- -P -m [1:2-7].2
