Intel E810-C 100G NIC issues with VLAN at ESXi v7.0 with SRIOV

Hi All,
  We have intel 810-C 100 Gig NIC and have ESXI v7.0 OS with Ubuntu 20.04.5 VMs.
We have SRIOV - VFs into the VM that are seen on latest iavf drivers.  And we did bind of VF with igb_uio driver.
We used dpdk-testpmd from dpdk-22.07 to send packets with VLAN and without VLAN tagging.
When we use VLAN tagging packets are not transmitted instead Tx errors are seen. Without VLAN tagging packets are sent without any errors.
More details on setup :

  *     ESXI Host
     *   OS:  VMware ESXi, 7.0.3, 19193900
     *   Intel E810 vmware drivers:
        *   icen                           1.10.5.0-1OEM.702.0.0.17630552
  *   VM - Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
     *   kernel: 5.4.0-132-generic #148-Ubuntu SMP Mon Oct 17 16:02:06
     *   iavf drivers:   iavf: Intel Ethernet Adaptive Virtual Function Network Driver - version 3.2.3-k

Please let us know if its known issue or if any workaround is there for this issue.

Hi Harish,

Did you find any solution for this?  We are seeing this problem on both
ESXi 7.0 and ESXi 8.0  with SRIOV.
