Hi Trishan,

The repo link is below and I do not have a specific email address other then dev@dpdk.org<mailto:dev@dpdk.org> with [PMDT] as the subject tag. If I need something else please let me know. The download link is the same as the repo link. The docs currently are in the repo, but I may add one later if that is ok.
