 This patch add the support for new Management Complex
 Firmware version to 10.18.x.

    MC firmware is the core component of FSLMC bus and DPAA2 devices.
    Prior to this patch, MC firmware supported 10.14.x version. This
    patch bumps the min supported version to 10.18.x.
