* [dts][PATCH V3] tests/virtio_common: add virtio common API module

Add virtio common API module, include following 3 class:
1) basic_common: provide some basic common API.
2) cbdma_common: provide some CBDMA related common API.
3) dsa_common: provide some DSA related common API.
