Hello!

I am using random pktgen function to generate random udp src ports and ip
src addresses of packets.
The random function works fine but all the packets with random data are
comming with bad ip checksum.
Is it a bug or have I missed something?

I am using Pktgen Ver: 3.0.02 (DPDK 16.04.0).

The random function has a bug right now; the IP checksum is not updated if you randomize the headers. If you the range function then the checksum should be correct.

Keith
