I think it was a request from Ferruh.

I don't think this page is the right place for this driver.
Similarly, the bonding PMD is not listed with supported NICs.

Yes it was from me.
Page title is "Supported NICs", taking this account it might not be
right place to advertise the failsafe.

Meanwhile there are other "others" section which lists some virtual
PMDs, failsafe can be listed as one of them.

Yes the virtual devices are listed in "others".
If we want to list failsafe, we should also add bonding.
