This small series brings a couple of VDUSE fixes
for v23.07, discovered during testing with OVS-DPDK.
Changes in v2:
==============
- Define a common set of features to highlight delta
between Vhsot and VDUSE (David)
- Change patches order for simplification
Maxime Coquelin (2):
vduse: fix missing event index features

This features was mistakenly removed, add it back.

The series introducing VDUSE support missed the
application capability to disable supported features.
This results in TSO being negotiated while not supported by
the application.
