  rte_pmd_i40e_set_vf_tc_bw_alloc(): Weight should be set for all 1 enabled
TCs.
  invalid vf_id 0 or bandwidth

  testpmd> set tx strict-link-priority 0 0x3
  rte_pmd_i40e_set_tc_strict_prio(): TC bitmap isn't the subset of enabled TCs
0x1.



  testpmd> show port dcb_tc all
